You don't need to spend loads on advertising if you make a good product that people want, they will always come back for more and send their friends and family. The suite has been stripped back to the bare frame an re built using the best possible springs, padding, cushion fillings etc, and the fabric recommended by Zak is fantastic. "I can only describe my experience from start to finish as utterly fantastic. They made me feel so welcome and accommodated my every need. Once i got the chance view my new sofa i was blown away, just knowing that it had been produced for me from scratch is fantastic. No comparison to the big chains!! Personally this is the first sofa i have had made, but my family have had roughly 5 units. Every single one is just sublime!! I would urge anybody who is currently shopping around chains such as DFS and Sofology to pay these guys a visit. Of course they are a tad more expensive, but in the grand scheme of things the value for money is off the scale. Needless to say, i am ecstatic. Thanks so much to Ian and Taz for their fantastic service throughout :)"

"What an amazing company to buy your sofa from. Taz the owner and his staff including his son Zack are the most wonderful people to do business with, also his team of upholsterers who work in the factory. They pride themselves on customer satisfaction and producing a sofa that not only looks amazing but is well made and comfortable. I needed the arms on my new sofa raising before I took delivery of it, I felt very worried about asking if they could alter it for me. I need not have concerned myself, Taz was so understanding, his motto is getting the job done the right way so that his customers are happy with the end product. Even if that means altering the sofa before it leaves his showroom, and putting more work upon himself and his hard pressed workers who work extremely hard. So may I say a big thank you to Designer Sofa for being the best place to buy quality armchairs, sofa’s etc. Cannot wait to get my finished sofa but I am prepared to wait because I know the quality of what the end product will look like.
