We rang and enquiring about getting new sponges for couch and chair, Taz explained they could do them just put the covers in the post, we will do the sponge for you and deliver them as he didn’t like to use a courier! We cannot speak highly enough of Zak and Taz who were so helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We are delighted with our new sofa and footstool, they are so comfortable and fit in perfectly with our lounge décor. Steve did a wonderful job, the workmanship is excellent. What a skilled craftsman to have in the team! The delivery men were very careful, efficient and polite. We would definitely recommend this family-run business to friends and family."

"We can’t praise everyone enough from Taz, Zac and Harris to all the staff in the factory. From the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted so warmly. Nothing was too much trouble. I am 5ft 2 with short legs and my husband 5ft 10 so we needed a style that would suit both our needs. They found us the idea sofa and had it altered to accommodate us and 2 chairs. They helped us with fabric choice. I new the colour I wanted but then had the suite pipped which looks amazing. We were there over 2 hours making our choices and didn’t feel a nuisance when asking questions that may seem simple to them. As for the quality it is solid. I wish I had found them years ago I would have saved a fortune. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. It looks so lovely in our lounge. I will be recommending them to all my friends."

"We’re are so pleased with the workmanship and service. Our multi York sofas look amazing after being re-upholstered and altered slightly in height and seat cushion width. Ian,Taz and the boys do an amazing job. They talk you through all the work and help you decide on fabric and colors. We checked the finished sofas before delivery and could not believe they were the Sam ones. As I sit on one now writing this review I am still amazed at the transformation. The whole team are very professional and friendly. We discussed the work over coffee and chatted for ages you are treated exceptionally well. Thank you so much it was money well spent, yes we could have bought new ones but why when these were only worn out material they frames were solid. Collection and delivery was exceptional as we moved house in between the two, this was not a problem at all. Once again thank you see you in another ten years. 😀"
