"After looking for the perfect set of sofas in what seemed like every retail store, and visiting many bespoke manufacturers, we arrived at The Designer Sofa. Taz was fantastic from the start with his knowledge and enthusiasm. We found our perfect sofa style and whereas we thought we knew what material we wanted,, we changed our minds after seeing a sofa in the showroom. As it was a suede type fabric, I was worried that it would not stand up to the crowds that come through our house, Taz gave me a sample to take home to spill anything and everything on it. We did, tea, coffee, red wine, curry ... wiped off, amazing. It was a joy to purchase from Taz, there was never any sales pressure. We love our two new large sofas and are planning for additional orders for chairs, cushions etc for the rest of the house. We won’t go elsewhere. I have recommended the store to friends and family. Here is a unique family business who still believe in the old addage:"Customer is King"From the first phone call to the final delivery in May of our reupholstered two sofas and two chairs.Professionalism, knowledge, advice, quality and pride are all key to the success of this business and they have it all in bucket loads.We were considering replacing for new but having searched for equal quality, prices were ridiculously high and bespoke was out of the question when considering mass production. Taz and Zak are front of house in the showroom and it's very evident that they enjoy their jobs. Behind the showroom is where the magic happens and the skilled workforce take pride in whatever they produce.And it doesn't stop there-even their delivery staff are proud to deliver the company products.We are delighted with the outcome and bye the way,the price was also very acceptable compared to the competition.
