Because our furniture is made to the highest standards we get so many thank you letters. More than 50% of new orders come from recommends. Below is a few of the letters and emails we get each month. All the originals are available for inspection at the long eaton showroom.

I asked a customer why he chose The Designer Sofa to look after them, they said, after looking at the quality end of the market for several month,we came to you because we had given them all they was looking for, and after seeing them being made was more than happy with the quality. They did not want cheep chain store quality and prices, but did not want to spend a vast amount of money either. He said his motto was "Buy nice not twice".

and we are more than satisfied.
It was our lucky day when we saw your 'No Appointments Necessary' sign after
leaving an un-named furniture manufacturer's show-rooms convinced that we
could not have (and certainly could not see!) anything like that for which we
were searching.
After months of searching for what it appeared we could not have, how
refreshing to be told you would make whatever we wanted!
Now having been back to you for a re-covering job we are just as delighted as
we were with the original suite.

I felt I had to put pen to paper (or finger to keyboard) to let you know how delighted Steve and I are with our suite and the excellent service we have had from your company.

We have enjoyed your pleasant and easy going style, with no high pressure selling, which we have experienced at other retailers.

Your additional service of visiting our home, which I didn't initially understand and I certainly didn't think I would be changing from my original ideas was invaluable. As a result of this service we not only have a beautiful and very comfortable suite and the exact size pieces to fit our rather small room giving us maximum seating and comfort, while still making the room look and feel bigger. This also gave us the opportunity to choose the correct colors to complement the rest of our decor and match the wooden feet to existing furniture.

We are highly delighted with our new suite and feel we have invested in an excellent product, especially when we compare to other suites we have seen, and in addition the whole experience, from start to finish, has been such a pleasant one.

I would confidently recommend to anyone.

Well, what can we say but that you have certainly exceeded our expectations: from
the information and rough measurements we supplied, you created two fabulous sofas.
The attention we received from our first visit to the delivery of the sofas was
excellent and we would certainly recommend your company.
As soon as our room is finished we will take some photographs and you are more
than welcome to come to Chellaston and take any pictures yourself.
