"I can only describe my experience from start to finish as utterly fantastic. They made me feel so welcome and accommodated my every need. Once i got the chance view my new sofa i was blown away, just knowing that it had been produced for me from scratch is fantastic. No comparison to the big chains!! Personally this is the first sofa i have had made, but my family have had roughly 5 units. Every single one is just sublime!! I would urge anybody who is currently shopping around chains such as DFS and Sofology to pay these guys a visit. Of course they are a tad more expensive, but in the grand scheme of things the value for money is off the scale. Needless to say, i am ecstatic. Thanks so much to Ian and Taz for their fantastic service throughout :)"

"5stars really does not seem to do this company justice! From beginning to end Taz and Zac gave us a service second to none. We discussed every aspect of what we had in mind, and Zac even directed us to other manufacturers so that we could compare prices and quality. To be honest, our decision was never in doubt, their attitude had been so professional an reassuring. Changes and “tweaks” were made until we arrived at a design that we were totally happy with. The manufacturing process was equally open and welcoming! We were welcomed into their workshop to see our suite being made, and kept informed throughout, despite a pandemic! The finished product just passed all expectations. The quality of finish and standard of workmanship is superb, an reflects the obvious pride and are that these guys take in their product, down to the smallest details of pattern matching.If you have any hesitation - don’t - you will not be disappointed. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company - 10 stars!!!"

"After a lot of searching around for a sofa, I realised what I wanted, to what I actually needed was not going to materialise. I found an absolutely amazing company, who were willing to do exactly what I wanted, the colour I wanted too. Despite the current climate, they were still able to deliver. I can not speak highly enough about the quality, the comfort, the materials used were absolutely perfect, from beginning to end the whole team have been professional and thoughtful towards me as a customer, kept me updated with processes, never failed with responses. I had 2 pieces made to measure, I can only say how exceptionally pleased I am, that I choose this amazing company, they absolutely delivered the outcome as promised. So pleased, I would shout from the roof tops to say I strongly recommend them. If you want quality, style, bespoke with no corners cut, this is the place to be. "The service from Taz and his team was spot on from the start. Professional,and engaging , their customer services is exemplary ensuring they met all of our customer needs . We had a multi York sofa and chair that we wished to have duplicated for our cottage. Not being able to fully replicate our sofa and chair as the material of our original items was no longer available and we needed one of the sofas to be made in slightly smaller dimensionsIan spent a good hour with us going through the detail and choosing the right material for the final items over a cup of tea. Once decided, we made arrangements to get our original sofa and chair to Taz and the team so they could Build the additional items with an expectation of completion in 6-8 weeks. This expectation was honoured with an invite to visit the shop to see the finished products . In the interim of the viewing and collection, Taz kept contact regarding the final touches re finials, legs etc,. When we arrived to see the finished sofas and chairs , we were not disappointed .The sofas looked proportionate despite one being slightly smaller as asked and it was not possible to tell which chair was the original and which the duplicated chair. The finish on sofas and chairs was top class and all items were supportive and comfortable . Now back in the cottage the sofas anc chairs fit perfectly, in size and design. Made with quality materials and attention to detail we look forward to enjoying them for many years"

They even took me around the factory to see the sofas being made which made me really confident they would do a good job and they did. Pure quality."

"First came across Taz and his team when we had our dining room chairs upholstered by the Designer Sofa Company. They did an excellent job and so we decided to use them to replace our current suite. We had already seen one in a fairly reputable furniture store in Nottingham but decided to see what Taz and his team could do for us. Their quote came in considerably less than the high end store we were looking at and we were so impressed with everything we had seen so we went ahead. A big thank you Taz to you and your team. In this day and age it it rare to find such quality, craftsmanship and good old fashioned service."

"Good old-fashioned Service, no one wants to be called old-fashioned but I will take this as a compliment. our furniture may look modern on the outside but inside it dates back longer than I can remember and I am no spring chicken.
